Incorrect Data:

Refunds are not issued for orders where incorrect data has been provided. Users must carefully review the information entered before submission. Requests for data changes can be made within one hour of order execution through customer care.

The services and products provided are not intended to replace professional medical or philosophical advice. AstroVoice.org is not responsible for the effectiveness of astrological products or services, and no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with these effects.

Calls with Astrologer:

No refunds will be provided for incorrect contact details during astrologer calls. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are reachable. Missed calls due to poor signal or failure to answer are not eligible for refunds.

Transaction Fees:

All refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any transaction fees incurred, such as bank or payment gateway charges, shipping, and customs duties, where applicable.

Multiple Payments:

In the event of multiple payments due to system errors (such as slowdowns or timeouts), users should verify if their bank account was debited before re-initiating payment. If a payment was made twice, a refund will be issued in full, minus transaction charges.

Order Cancellations:

In cases where AstroVoice.org may cancel any order placed due to unavailability of services or pricing errors, any charges already paid will be refunded.

Quality Assurance: 

If a refund is requested, users agree to allow the AstroVoice.org Quality Audit Team to review chat or call recordings to assess the refund eligibility. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the AstroVoice.org wallet within 72 hours.

Eligible Refund Cases:

- Technical issues, such as network problem during calls or video calls.

- Consultants is unable to explain in the language listed on their profile.

- Consultants providing irrelevant responses than the query or questions raised.

Non-Eligible Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for perceived inaccuracies in astrological consultations, as AstroVoice.org is not responsible for factual accuracy in such cases.
